How Many Sessions Are Recommended?
For best outcomes, we recommend 2 sessions per week during the initial phase, followed by monthly maintenance sessions. Your practitioner will tailor the plan to your unique goals. Typically a course can be anywhere between 6 to 12 sessions, our clients often see results within the third session.
